I had an eye exam I had insurance I asked how much stuff would cost before we started and they said your exam is covered by your insurance at the end they charged me 39 for fitting my contact lenses was not happy u will never go back. During the experience they seemed very unorganized did not have my previous history even though I mentioned several times... Avoid this place !!! Unless you have money with u because they seem to figure out something to charge you for

AWFUL customer service, do not go there! I made an appointment and then the optometrist refuse to see me !!!! YES, REFUSED!!!!!! Dont waste your time find some other place. Terrible!

I wouldn't even give this place ONE STAR! Even with an "appointment" they still make you wait for hours! They messed up my glasses order and had to come to the store 3 different times because when i called they would place me on hold and forget I was still on hold!

Horrible! I wish I could give it 0 stars. This place fits you with contact lenses that you can only buy from them and the lenses sell for double or triple the price of lenses online. It is fraudulent to do business in this manner. Also, I called and they told me that a contact lense exam was $45.00 and neglected to tell me that an eye exam was not included in that price. The exam ended up costing $84.00 . Beware of their unscrupulous practice.

The customer service is awful. You can walk around the store several times and no one ask may I help you. I was in this store today after one and they were busy talking about change in promotions.

I had to sign up to explain how horrible the service is. They tell you they will call you but they never do! The first time I walked in their they never greeted me. The only reason why I ever went their was because of their hours. My son glasses didn't arrive till two weeks after calling and calling! Save your self the time!

My family has used this particular Doctor's Vision Works several times and overall I am not impressed. While the doctors appear knowledgeable and seem to perform thorough exams, they are consistently late seeing patients for scheduled appointments. Not sure if it is because they don't allow a sufficient amount of time to examine patients or they are just not efficient. My perception is that some staff members require additional training. When my teenager was getting contact lenses for the first time, the person charged with "indoctrinating" my child on the proper care and use of contact lenses left the area several times in order to ask another staff member basic contact lens questions in order to "teach" my child. My overall impression of this business is that they really aren't concerned about customer satisfaction otherwise they would not subject customers to the long wait times nor would they allow inexperienced staff members train customers.

The only reason they got one star is because the eye doctor was very good. They left people just wondering around, never greeting and letting you know to sign in. And those specials they offer, the 2 pair of glasses for $149?-forget it, I don't think there ever was one!! I paid $363 and my husband paid $129.00. His still aren't right, there was the line for the bifocal, and the person argued with us about that.



From now on, its Sears optical for me!!!
