Carrier Heating/Cooling Unit

Not so sure it was Robertson as much as it is their Carrier product line heating/cooling pump. Paid around $7,000 for installation of Carrier and had to have multiple corrective measures with service charges each time, first for heating and then cooling. Why would a brand new heating/cooling unit need so many post-installation service calls? Avoid installation of Carrier units. Our previous Trane unit worked virtually flawlessly without multiple service calls. Go Trane.
