I took my car to pepboys this past sunday to get my trunk lift support problem and the manager on duty mr Frank said he will send one of his tech to come out and take a look to see if is repairable. after waiting about minute or two he came out to check it out him self and told me its just missing a clip, and found the clip in my trunk and reinstalled it for me at no charge and would not except any tip. what a great service.

I went to have a tire changed and I couldn't have been more disappointed with the service. Not only were they rude but instead of the hour I was told it would take, it took over 2. On top of everything, when I got home to check the work done, the lugs were still a little loose. I'm happy that I lived just around the corner. When I opened my trunk, the spare had just been tossed in instead of put back properly. I should have just done the work myself. They weren't any cheaper than just taking it to a dealer and the dealer would have at least done a decent job.

My husband and I both had our auto's worked on by Pep Boys in Annapolis. We were very please with the work, the time it took to repair our auto's and the overall courtesy of the employees. Icalled today to ask about an accessory for my husband's car.The person I spoke to actually went down the isle came back described the item and how much it cost. If you ask me this is excellent customer service. We will continue to use Pep Boys for our auto needs,Loyal Customer

If you have to get your vehicle repaired and this is where you are forced to go you're screwed! I had a leak in my fuel line and was told by a shade tree mechanic that if I got a tune up that would take care of my problem . I went to Pep Boys and asked about getting a tune up after explaining the problem. The foreign male behind the counter actually told me that a tune up only covers changing the spark plugs! Now even as a woman who knows very little about cars even I know that was a flat out lie. He was trying to get me to pay seperately for things that should have come with a tune up. That and the fact that the other staff memebers are rather rude and try to drift away when they notice someone looking for assistance on the sales floor is enough to tell me Pep Boys doesn't care about it's customers. The bottom line is the bottom dollar for them. BUYERS BEWARE! Considere yourselves warned!

This was the first Pep Boys I went to, and I was greatly disappointed. I waited almost two hours for a simple turn signal bulb change and for them to check out my brakes. There were five employees standing around doing nothing, and the man at the service desk continuously cussed loudly with his coworkers, which is highly unprofessional. Because it was too late to order parts for my brakes, nothing was done. After I came into the store too late again (I guess working professionals can't catch a break), I was told to call on Monday to order the parts. When I called on Monday, I was told by the manager that the policy is for you to not call but to put in a work order while in the store. While I understand that policy cannot be changed, the man who told me to just call to order the parts misinformed me after his horrible customer service. I have made every effort now to never go back in there again and have my brakes fixed elsewhere because of the poor service I received.
