As the owner of Oasis Mental Health I wanted to address the negative reviews regarding credit cards and payments. We listen carefully to the comments and we take them seriously. As of Sept. 12, 2015 we will no longer request credit card information on file for missed appointments. Oasis has a very dedicated staff to assist patients in making appointments and answering questions. Our mental health providers are very well trained, compassionate, and offer resources in times of distress. We regularly have comments from patients that OASIS "was a godsend' and OASIS "was a huge help during a very rough time in my life." Our mental health providers have treated people for anxiety and depression, which has allowed them to have a full and rich life they deserve. We have worked with families that have addiction or worries about their children and spouses, helping them get the treatment that they need. We are listening. We are learning. We will continue to strive to offer excellent service.

These people are the worst! The receptionist would not listen to my reason for calling until I had provided all of my insurance info. I was looking for a therapist to help me with a taper and she would only set me up with a psychiatrist to get more drugs! For a call that could have taken 2 minutes if she had only listened to what I was looking for - took 15 minutes. I was put on hold 5 times! Avoid these people!!! They are NOT helpful!!

I really had high hopes for the establishment. Amazingly enough things worked a bit opposite of how doctors visits normally go. The front office staff was amazing, reassuring and comforting. The doctor however was horrible! It was the most demeaning experience ever. The doctor had no compassion and didn't seem to listen to word that was said. There is not enough room on this review for me to spell out my frustration and disappointment. I walked out at the first visit. I was not going to sit through a session and be reprimanded & belittled. I was seeking comfort and reassurance. Please don't feed into the available night time hours! Its not worth the frustration. I thought this was the answer I was looking for. I'd rather deal with a crappy front desk staff than an incompetent psychiatrist hiding behind a lot of arrogance and a degree. Thanks .. but no thanks. BTW... missed appointments are $300.00. and they keep your credit card on file.
