      Martin Kranitz has over 40 years of experience as a mediator and over 35 years as a mediation and conflict resolution trainer. He has a private mediation practice in Annapolis , Maryland and travels throughout the country providing mediation and conflict resolution training to professionals.He has the distinction of being one of a small group of non- lawyers who was accepted to the Harvard Law School - Mediation Training Program.Martin was the first president of the Maryland Council for Dispute Resolution (MCDR) and the first to obtain MCDR mediator certification in Maryland.
