I would like to give zero. The only thing worse than the horrible customer service was the shoddy work. Work crew was illegal workers and showed up late if ever and work was poor. Lady in office screwed up quote 3 times, took 4 weeks to get, and she never returns calls. Do they even have a contractor license? Don't bother.

I arranged for work to be done on 8/10 - enough work for the whole day. On 8/6, I received a call indicating that the storm door did not arrive and they would not be able to install the door on the 10th. I paid a deposit for the storm door. I requested that the rest of the work be completed on the 10th. We agreed upon 4:30 PM. As of 5:15, no one has come to the house to do the work and no one has returned either of my two phone calls. Does not appear to be reliable or trustworthy.

I am very pleased with the kitchenette installation by Honey Do. Good, fast and very reasonable. Highly recommend.
