Don recently inspected our new home and was very professional. He did an excellent job of documenting any potential issues and educating me along the way. He was thorough in his review of our new home and clear with his recommendations and concerns. Particularly helpful was his system of adding a rating to items he found so that we could decide how important it was for the current owner to fix an issue (Dangerous, broken, incorrect...) or if we would do it once we were in the house.
