- UltrasoundOur Physical Therapist will conduct a thorough Initial Examination and during this time he/she will ask questions about your condition and take measurements to define the limitations that you are experiencing. We will explain your condition in “every-day” terms so you completely understand what is going on with your body. We deploy therapeutic modalities such as; moist heat, electrical stimulation, ultrasound and/or cold packs to decrease pain and inflammation as well as techniques like; massage/soft tissue mobilizations, range of motion stretching, and of course exercises that will get you back to doing all the things you really enjoy doing in life. Each patient receives an individualized written and verbal home exercise program that will out-line with pictures and comprehensive explanations all of the exercises that are personally required for your orthopedic issues. If you require an assistive device, our staff will custom tailor the correct device ie.
