Get a quote for boxes, peanuts, bubble wrap, etc. prior to them packaging the item for you. I brought in two small camera flashes (boxes no bigger than my hand from palm to fingertip) and somehow ended up paying $19.00 for two medium-sized boxes. I was told the charge was mostly for the guy to package it for me. Had I know this was the case prior to beig charged, I would have just bought a small box for $2.00 and wrapped it myself. I'm never going back here.
