Excellent. From the customer service personnel, to the wife of the owner and to the installer, I have never experienced a more satisfying transaction than I had with Fairfax Electric Plumbing. These guys are very knowledgeble, answered all my emails promptly, answered all my concerns by phone, and the installer is more than helpful in explaining how the new water heater works and why my old heater is no longer serviceable without any pressure.
