"I was deeply disappointed by the lack of compassion shown by Evergreen Health Care Management following the passing of my loved one. While they provided some care during the patient's last days, their complete lack of follow-up was unacceptable.

After my loved one passed away, I expected some level of acknowledgement from Evergreen Health Care Management , whether it be in the form of flowers or a card. However, there was no communication from them whatsoever. It was clear that they did not care about the well-being of their patients or their families beyond the provision of basic care.

This lack of compassion was particularly distressing given the difficulty of losing a loved one. A simple gesture of kindness would have gone a long way in providing some comfort during such a difficult time. Instead, Evergreen Health Care Management showed a complete lack of empathy and failed to live up to even the most basic expectations of customer service.

Overall, I would not recommend Evergreen Health Care Management anyone in need of home health care services. Their lack of compassion and basic courtesy is unacceptable and made an already difficult time even more painful."
