I needed work done on my truck. The told me part had to b ordered from Dallas (75) miles away this was at 11:00am it is now 9:30 the next day they must have walked to Dallas for the part!! And you would think they would think about taking old part off while the new one gets here but the office is cooler, they don't care that we need to get back on the road.!! I give them a 1/2 star rating!!
