Perimeter put in our sump pump this week in a coordinated effort with Smith's Waterproofing as part of the City of Ann Arbor's Footing Drain Disconnection Program. It has been a wonderful experience. The staff at Perimeter are EXTREMELY knowledgeable, Steve and Jim were on site most of the two days they worked here. They are by far the best contractors that we've worked with in a long time. They have their own plumber (Wenzel Plumbing) who I will use forever from now on. They have their own electrician who did an amazing job as well. They also were engineers for the city so they know exactly what needs to be done, and they do it the right way. After a year long struggle with a botched plumbing job, it's been a pleasure to work with a company that has integrity.
