Excellent work. Get tuned up by Mr luney tune

I went to them a week back to install a 4-channel amplifier. I only wanted the 4-channel amp to power the rear speakers. The installer took all of 1 hour 45 minutes to install the amplifier. However there was an alternator whine that was coming out the rear speakers. Being an engineer, I knew the reason. The installer made a basic mistake. He ran both the power and RCA ables on the same side of the car. This was plain lazy and he should have run them on either sides of the car to avoid the RCA cable picking up electrical interference. The shop also sold me a second set of RCA cables after telling me that the first set(I had provided from Walmart - Scorsche) was bad. They were supposed to call me back a couple of days later to correct the whine... they never did. I ripped out the RCA cable and installed the first set (which the shop told me was bad) on the other side of the car. The alternator whine has disappeared completely. I would never trust this shop to touch my car again.
