Actually 0/5 stars...I just had to pick a star to post this. Avoid this company!! My chair covers never arrived to my wedding. They sent the covers the Thursday before via ground (the location of the wedding was 10 hrs away). Unfortunately, when they had not arrived Thursday night (they guarantee 1-2 days prior), they assured me that they would be there by Friday 730pm at the latest. They told me this information without even checking the tracking number for had they, they would have noticed that the tracking info said the linens were due to arrive the Tuesday after the wedding. I was devastated. So much time was wasted waiting on Friday and trying to locate a representative after 730 on Friday as well as replacement linens from a local place. Furthermore, we had also rented fancy table linens to compliment the covers. These arrived as they came from another company. We never would have paid the extra money for the table linens...we ended up with gorgeous tables and ugly chairs.
