Run away as fast as you can!!! Staff that apparently doesn't show up, management that seems to believe posted operating hours are just a suggestion, a shoddy reservation system (either that or they're lying to try and scam some extra cash), and questionable pet care. On top of that, some potentially fraudulent charges say, charging an extra two days for services not actually provided. Under prior management, this used to be a hidden gem, a business I would sing the praises of. Now it has fallen. Hard.
