      Northview Middle School, affiliated with Ankeny Community School District, provides enrollment for more than 900 students in grades eight and nine. The school s curriculum includes classes in English, math, music, science, social studies, computer, home economics, health and physical education and character education. It also offers various special classes, including consumer awareness, skills, art, cultures and woodwork. The school has various departments, such as administration, human resources, food services, maintenance, security, technical and transportation. The school provides a library and daily lunch menu at its cafeteria. The school s extracurricular activities include sports, such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, track and field.
