Services/Products

I am a professional labor support partner, known as a labor doula. I provide physical comfort measures, emotional support, and information before, during, and after the birth process. I also teach natural childbirth education classes in a small, intimate environment. We focus on learning relaxation techniques, labor positions, nutritional guidelines, the pros and cons of various interventions, the phases and stages of labor, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
