Working with Pat was a pleasure. My husband and I are in our seventies and were suffering from some age related issues such as sciatica, balance, knee and back issues. Pat was able to help us with all those issues and help us develop a regular exercise routine that we could continue at home. His sense of humor meshed with ours which made our sessions fun while also being positive and professional. We would highly recommend Pat.
