It's a quite community,with terrible roads and it even has drug users and pushers,but the cops can't arrest them unless they see it it in the open. Most of the neighbors are great and unless your loaded your needs won't be taken care of right away, those that do are taken care of right away,even if it's just to change a flag light spotlight bulb. The owner's son and daughter are great people as well as the crew that works for them. but the owner is always looking for the mighty dollar.
