They were a "no show" for the first appointment. They arrived late for the second appointment. He did not do the job he was hired to do. He left live bare wires in my sub panel. He would not refund me the money or even answer my calls. Don't waste your time or money.

I hired UPS Plumbing to hook up four sinks after granite install.

They showed up late but I still went ahead with service. They hooked up sinks and scarred up every drain pull on brand new Moen faucets that they installed and left.

I had to call them back out when later that day both master bath sinks started leaking and I noticed the scarring on the drain pulls.

They came back finally fixed the master bathroom sinks and promised to get replacement drain pulls while he was here he recommended replacing the PRV $300 which we agreed to and he replaced.

The other two sinks are almost never used and when we did use them they also leaked.

I have been calling and texting for over two weeks and they keep promising to come and then not showing up. Their guarantee meant absolutely nothing.

They also demanded cash payment causing a trip to the bank twice.

They are listed on Craigslit in Raleigh. Don't make the same mistake that I made!
