The Jolly House is the best house in the foothills for large groups and families!

General Info

The main space is in the middle floor - two bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen, and three bedrooms. The main access is from the front ramp with a wraparound deck. There are also rear stairs going to the backyard area. The lower floor has a player piano, a queen sleeper sofa, and two bedrooms. The bathroom is attached to the cal-king suite. You also have easy access to the backyard, outdoor bar, patio, and stage. The upstairs has the most beds. There is the Uptown Suite with three semi-private rooms: King, double, and trundle (2 twins). The Living Room Suite has a twin bed and an additional trundle. The remaining bathroom is upstairs.

The Jolly House is a wonderful vacation home suitable for large groups and families. It's great to be able to have the whole family in one space, where we are able to share meals together and really enjoy each others company. We aim to take your call or email as soon as possible. Emails are usually better, since we like to send written confirmation of our policies, and we like to double check to make sure all the information we give is accurate.

Our three-story house has 12 beds, plus a sleeper sofa and extra mats. We have 4 bathrooms, two with jetted tubs. We have 2 acres of wonderful space to park, play, or run. We allow healthy, flea-free pets - and at no additional charge! We have free Wi-Fi access, TV's, DVDs, a radio, and a house phone. We have pots and pans, dishes and utensils, a side by side fridge - just bring your food! Or walk to the many restaurants that are under a quarter mile away. (Chinese, Mexican, Pizza, Yogurt/salad bar, Subway, McDonalds... plus more down the road.)
