      Keen Eye Home Inspection provides quality property inspections in Andover, MN and the surrounding communities. Owner Shawn has over 20 years of construction experience and has built homes from the ground up and has done even more remodels and repairs. He has seen homes from every angle and he knows what to look for, even the slightest things speak loud to him. He will find them and explain them to you so you can make an informed decision on that home.Shawn became a NACHI certified home inspector in 2008 and completed over 2400 paid inspections. He is onsite for 2 -3 hours on average sometimes up to 5 hours looking at everything from the ground up to the roof and everything in between; every door, window, light switch outlet, plumbing fixture you name it he will check it all over to make sure everything is working as it should including all the major systems like the HVAC, washer/dryer, dishwasher and he also checks for recalls on appliances as well. Keen Eye Home Inspection uses a computerized home inspection reporting system. All premium inspections are available to our customers and their agents as soon as the report is completed. This means our reports are available to our customers and their agents as soon as the report is completed via the internet. Inspection reports will be emailed within 24 hours of the inspection many are sent the same day.Each report is around 30-50 pages sometimes even more, but not to worry it is very easy to read and to follow.
