      Scudder Bay Property Management was founded after the management team of Scudder Bay Capital could not find capable property management services for their 250 unit 1-4 family rental portfolio. As we quickly found out, the problem was due to a typical property management team’s inexperience in dealing with problems from a landlord’s perspective. By bringing years of hands on experience and a landlords perspective to the property management business, SBPM is able to significantly improve performance of the portfolio in all key operating metrics.
