Located in Anderson, Calif., Homeland Park Elementary School operates per the modified school calendar, in which the school year begins in July and ends in June. Founded in 1954, the school serves students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Its academic curriculum includes English, math, science, social science, and health and physical education. The school also offers a range of special education programs and services for students with special needs. Homeland Park Elementary School has a cafeteria that serves chicken nuggets, cheeseburgers, pepperoni pizza, toasted cheese sandwiches and Salisbury steaks.
