Several years ago they forgot to put oil in my jeep. I gave them another chance and paid for it! Stay away!

Friendly greeting when I arrived. The waiting area was clean. I watched the technicians and although they worked quickly, they did a through job. Being my first visit, I was waiting to hear about all the "extra" things such as air filters, wipers, and so forth they thought I needed. In fact I knew the air filter was a little dirty. But to my surprise, they did not try to sell me anything. The service guy mentioned I might want to pick up a filter somewhere or they would be glad to put one in on my next visit. No high pressure was applied.
