I must confess that working for electrolux of anderson is one of the most depressing experiences of my life. We are greatly mistreated. It takes any where from 3 to 6 years to get hired in. The mangers are so rude and lack basic communication skills. The mangenment staff find any and every way to cheat us out of wages. One of the mangers has been caught watching adult related content on a company computer and still has his job,he is such a pervert. He talks about his personal life and constantly feels the needs to share adult jokes with both men and women. He carries a keychain with a male organ on it because he thinks it is funny. They also have found ways to get more work out of us without paying us over time. They send us home 30 minutes early then they give us an unpaid 30 minute lunch break. They lump the unpaid break with the early departure and say it is an hour of down time, so they make us come in on Saturday for 4 hours,and by doing it this way they don't have to pay us any over time and they get a thousand extra units. We are yet again taken from our families for another day and not even given overtime. As a christian I am asking others in our community to speak outagainst electrolux. I have never heard of a company that makes people work for 6 years as a temp and within those 6 years it is impossiblet to recieve. Even a small raise. Please speak up,speak for those who cannot speak for themsevles. Many people fear that they may be terminated if they speak up. It is also important to note that many mangers have also been accused or terminated for the disappearance of funds. So many members of this corrupt mangment staff are wicked and vile in every regard. Please help the cause.

I've been at the Electrolux in Anderson, SC almost 4yrs now and I honestly can say that my job is a living hell due to the fact that the head manager on 3rd shift is childish and unprofessional. I have to deal with being harassed every week, no matter what it is she always finds something to complain about involving me. She's made up her own rules that apply to me, she just hounds me every chance she gets. Not to mention she mixes business with pleasure. She releases confidential information to co-workers and gossips. I just hope someone can address the situation before it gets out of hand...
