cont'd from previous comment: (they did not discuss options with me before placing my order), or how would I know what shots the photographer originally took (They know their products-If their portfolios require a certain amount of pics horiz or vert, then why didn't he take more than one horizontal shot for me to choose from and give me an option)? I had to change my shots in the portfolio. Anyway, I hope some people read this before getting pics done. They seemed to be rushed, backyard needed upkeep, fine details on the pics were not noticed before presenting to customer, and details about the portfolio would have been really nice in advance of placing an order! I spent way more money then I wanted to for pics, I should have had much better service. I felt like I was forced into using them through the school. I will not be using them again if I can help it, I will be looking for another photographer for my next seniors. It might even be me- I have a nice camera too:)

Eh, they're ok. Had senior portraits done. Backyard area had a lot of mosquitos. Hard to concentrate on getting a good pic when you're getting bit up. Most of the proofs were nice, but I actually had to point out that there were shadows, they could have been prevented with the right lighting (he did fix them later). Crafts has so many yrs of experience- that should not have happened! I ordered a package, extra pics, plus the proof portfolio. Port has 8 proofs. They put one of the pics on it's side in the port. Come on! For the money I spent, they want me to look at a picture every day by tilting my head 90 degrees? It's supposed to be a horiz shot but they put it in a vert opening. She told me that the port for the horiz shots would require 2 horiz & 6 vert. My 1 horiz & 7 vert were not going to work. I had no idea what kind of portfolio was being used. Why didn't she tell me that the pics I chose would not work- BEFORE I placed the order? cont'd in next comment:
