I have lived at this place for a while and have had ongoing problems. I do not appreciate being told that if I need anything to contact the staff immediately and when I do, things take weeks to be handled. Let's see.....hotwater heater tanks bursting and flooding my apartment, neighbors with pets that they can't handle, lots of noise, bathroom issues never handled (I had to handle personally), etc. This is the treatment received by a tenant who pays rent on time each month and just wants things to be handled professionally and appropriately. I do not recommend this place to anyone! They say that their prices are 'reasonable' but in all honesty, the service is so not worth it. Please go some place else where you will be appreciated because I am ASAP!!
