This is my neighborhood taco bell. At 9:30pm, i pulled up and ordered a double chalupa. the drive-thru line moved along reasonably. i was three cars back. i had only the one item. I got to the window in three minutes. no worries. The blonde girl behind the window began filling drinks. she filled 4 and filled a carrier. As she filled the fifth drink i leaned forward and saw my little bag waiting on the counter. She placed the fifth drink near the filled carrier, checked the screen a second time, and began filling another carrier. On the ninth drink, she checked the screen again, still never acknowledged me, there with my hand hanging out the car window with my money. she went back to filling the drinks. i honked a short honk. She looked at me and came over. I asked if that was my bag that had been sitting there the whole time she was filling drinks. No, she said. I asked, that's not my bag? She shut the window and complained ferociously to the food makers beyond that counter where the bag was. She opened the window, said it was my food, and took my money. I said, it's not cold, is it? She told me i didn't have to take it and handed me back my money. I asked to speak to the manager. "i am the manager," she said, and shut the window.Normally this Taco Bell is fine with service.
