I just had the worst experience in banking with PNC downtown Anderson main branch. I tried to change banks and PNC refused to give me my money from my savings account. I had all the documentation with cards , Photo ID. and deposit receipts for last 3 deposits .. .we are talking about thousands of $$ .. I had to file a complaint with headquarters .. but still have not been able to get my money.
