10/26/14 ordered pizza at 4:16 to pick at 4:41. Get there no pizza. Saw a lady leaving with what looked like my pizza. The girl said the lady had my order. They would make me another one. Ok I wait. I asked if I would get a discount. She told me 10%. I asked I don't get any more than for the mixup. She went back and asked the manager. Came back said she would give me a coupon price. By time I was over it. Said ok paid and was getting ready to leave. The lady that had my order came back in. I left discovered I had no cheese in my breadsticks. Went back as I was going in. This same lady was leaving with two pizzas. I asked the girl if the ordered another pizza. The girl said no. They her one because of the mixup I said well what about me you gave my order to someone else. The girl went back to ask the manager. The girl said I could get 10% off my whole order the next time I come in. Really wow. I can already get 10% off my whole order. "Senior discount". I guess I will take my business elsewhere. We have been going there for years. Oh well. Bad customer service. The worst I have seen in a restaruant for awhile. There was a man who ordered a pizza and was waiting to pick his up. He left. A new manager is needed.

My family and i went to pizza king on columbus ave. and had the best service. Holly our server was on top of eveything. Had all the drinks right on time and the food was ready when she said it was going to be, and it was hot and fresh. Pizza king is a great place but it makes it better when a great place like this has GREAT employees like HOLLY. So this is to not only thank pizza king but to Holly for all of her hard work and dedication.. THANKS
