I donated three boxes of dishes to this organization, but when they came to collect my donation--which was clearly marked "Operation Love" in folded-closed used boxes--the two men they sent also stole two FedEx packages worth $140 from my front door. One of the boxes contained my husband's Father's Day gift; the other, a month's supply of pet food. We captured the crime on a home surveillance camera. Even so, the so-called ministry has not rectified the situation after several email/phone call requests for them to take action.

UPDATE: After pursuing this matter with the police, the BBB, and the Indiana AG's office, Clothing Pickup Services (GA), ministry partner of OLM, finally sent a check to cover what was taken from my doorstep without authorization. OLM has chosen to partner with a shady third-party pickup entity based out of Georgia. It is disconcerting that OLM has no idea WHO is being sent to homes to pick up donations, nor what actually happens to them once they're picked up.

BE WARNED! DO NOT donate to this disreputable organization and DO NOT invite them to your home! I rate them a zero, but wasn't given that option.
