I am writing this through tears. My two under age daughters earned enough money to get a pedicure and a manicure. They wanted to get this done before they went to camp where they would be playing sports and doing music. Their toenails, which were not gel polish stayed on fine. The one daughters fingernails stayed on great which had gel polish. The other daughters gelpolish just peeled right off within 6 days. We immediately called the nail place and the man said to come in and they would make it right. When we went in, the woman said there was no way they would make it right unless we paid for the product again. She said it must have been because of camp, which they knew that's why they were getting their nails done. Then she said my daughter may have picked it off. Really? My other daughters nails are hard as a rock. Then she said her nails may be Oily. She just kept looking for excuses. My guess is was that it was just a faulty polish, but I don't know. This just broke my daughters heart as she spent a lot of money to get a service and it did not even last. I told her that she would be losing our business and she did not seem to care. My daughter was so heart broken and felt as if she wasted her money. Don't know how a mother can be so cold hearted to a child! VERY BAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS!
