We started taking classes almost 2 years ago, It has helped both my children become more focused, and has helped my husband and myself become more physically fit. I love the family atmosphere. I would recommend giving it a try.

I have been a member for 20 years and hold the rank of 4th-degree black belt. This is a great family-oriented dojo. My daughter was so clumsy she could barely tie her shoelaces when we joined the Davenport dojo 20 years ago; by the time she was 18 she was a 3-time state karate champion and a silver medalist at the Junior Olympics. We were always treated with courtesy and respect by Shihan Davenport and the other instructors - the Davenport dojo has become my home away from home. I highly recommend it.

I've been a student of Larry Davenport Karate for over 25 years. This is a first class karate studio owned and operated by a man with 48 years of experience along with his family. I highly recommend Larry Davenport Karate to everyone.
