Do not go to Beltone !!! They required I pay the full amount up front which I did even though my insurance would pay $2,000 after they called them. I recently received an EOB statement from my insurance stating the allowable amount was $2, 445.28 and they paid $ 2,000 my portion of payment was $445.28. I called Shawna , ( terre haute office ) the insurance person with Beltone said the claim was still pending ?? I told her I received the EOB statement dated aug 23rd. She said she's not received the check and would refund the $2,000 when it was received. I told her they were in network I paid $7,090.00 and was only obligated to pay $445.28 along with my insur payment of $2,000. so I had overpaid by $6,444.00 she became rude and said the paperwork I signed says they keep all my money regardless of being an in network provider and I would only receive the $2,000 insur paid. They even billed my insurance more than they charged me !!! This is a huge rip off !!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!!
