i.eCalled them a couple of times about lights for my home tanning bed. We live about 50 miles away told them I would be coming in and they never told me to bring a bulb with me. We drove to town just for this reason was going to be my christmas present new bulbs for my bed. They wouldn't even talk to us because we didn't have a bulb with us the salesperson just kept shaking his head no without explaining anything to us. Think they should have told us to bring a bulb when I talked to them on the phone how was I suppose to know. Called them after we left and they said they could mail us some how could they mail us lights without seeing what I had but not take our words for the wattage of the bulb when we was telling them face to face. I have had my bed for 8 years I know what wattage the lights was. Thought they were very rude cause I was just the public and not a retail person that owned a tanning salon. Cons: Bad Customer Service., A local favorite, or highly recommended because
