Sourdough Fuel offers a range of lubricants from Texaco, Chevron and ExxonMobil. It serves customers throughout northern Alaska. The company is a subsidiary of Petro Star, which is one of the leading fuel distributors in Anchorage and Fairbanks in Alaska. Petro Star serves several military facilities and commercial and corporate aircraft systems. The parent company operates a fleet of more than 20 heating fuel trucks and tanker trucks. It maintains a staff of over 180 employees. Petro Star also offers 24-hour furnace maintenance services. The parent company operates Alaska Lube & Fuel. In addition, it serves industrial, residential and commercial customers. Petro Star maintains marine, aviation and heating fuel divisions. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation.
