Do not patronize this business!! I called, told the phone answerer which coupon I had, which model car I had, asked for a price, a week in advance. When I got there I was told my Valpak coupon could not be used for the unit I wanted. The jerk at the desk was so rude; made me feel like I was stupid because I didn't realize the coupon was not for what I wanted, although I made it quite clear when I called exactly what I wanted and was assured I COULD use the coupon. He actually told me he could be fired if he gave me the coupon price! I just walked out. Don't bother with these jerks--do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Excellent service. Extremely professional. I am very happy with this company! After calling around for hours getting autostart quotes I found Shades of Competition. Their quote was the lowest and I set my appointment. I had my autostart installed by them and everything works perfectly. The owners and employees are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They know what they're doing and treat your vehicle with care. They made it very clear that their customers are their #1 priority and I greatly respect that. I will return to them for any of my auto accessory needs.

This place should be called Shady Competition. They did everything wrong and would not admit it. They installed a sunroof which was several scratched. The lining around the sunroof was horribly done and anyone could see the visible flaws. They incorrectly installed the auto start where the lock, unlock, trunk, and panic buttons did not work. It took them a month to schedule an appointment to fix these problems. The trim around the sunroof is still unprofessionally done. After I asked for some kind of refund, the owner yelled at me and told me to get out of his store.
