Royce & Brain was founded on the premise that quality legal service can be economically provided if the client is involved and takes a proactive role in identifying and addressing legal issues and problems. We concentrate on public construction disputes between owners, contractors and suppliers. We also engage in commercial, contract and business related litigation, as well as handling personal injury matters. The firm is also experienced at handling commercial and real estate transactions and land use issues. The founding partners are long-time Alaskans who are committed to the ADR process, if feasible and appropriate.
