God Gun collection, bad customer service. I purchased two magazines for my rifle.. The items where very close but did not work. I have no problem with mistakes it happens. However when i went to return the items for an exchange or refund I was meet with unwelcoming look. The employee seemed stressed on working. I said i have an issue with the items in a calm way. He then said your going to have to wait till i get this done in an frustrated upset tone. I said you do not need to come at me that way. He said i just dint like people pushing me. so it took about 15 min for him to get done putting something away. I gave the receipt for the refund and only got the purchase item not the credit charge so for the bad customer service bad attitude and lack of full refund I will never recommend this company as i work with security so we are all into guns and accessories

After shopping at the biggie stores it was very refreshing to talk directly to the man in charge who had all the answers. Great service and most important great advice that only comes with lots of experience. Price could not be beat anywhere. This man is as important as the local village Blacksmith of long ago. Save your self time and money and buy from the BEST here!
