Needed the roof replaced on my house. Had 3 bids done and chose Coho because the wife and I felt we could trust him. Also, I knew of damage around a skylight, and Coho was confident they could repair. Coho had the best cost estimate, could start the next week, and the owner made a pretty good salmon spread! Job started on time and was progressing quickly until the owner left for a few days to Las Vegas, (peddling the salmon spread), and a crew member fell off the roof, (he's OK). Being short on the crew, the job slowed to a crawl causing the next job to start late. Somehow, this delay became MY fault! The owner twice came to my place of business throwing temper-taturms. I CAN'T and WON'T find fault with the work preformed; every effort was made to clean all debris from the roof and keep the yard picked up of trash - BUT the owner turned out to be most unpleasant. Waiting for breakup next year, but am VERY pleased with the new roof. Looks great; not impressed with the owner! BEWARE!
