My took my car here for repair work from a wreck. The body work was good but the mechanical work that was subcontracted is awful . When I got my car back it was making a noise from the wheel that had been repaired. For the last 3 months I have taken the car back repeatedly to find the noise and get it repaired. Finally had them take it to the car dealership to find the problem causing the noise. The original repair on the wheel was done had the wrong size shock bolts and missing parts for the parking brake. I am currently with out a car while waiting on my car to be repaired. Chaz REFUSES to rent me a car while my car is not drivable. I think this is poor customer service. It is not my fault the car wasn't repaired correctly the first or second time I took it to the shop. I feel like they only cared about the money from the repair and not me, the customer. I was told they felt they had been accommodating in facilitating the repairs and didn't feel responsible to provide a rental car while mine is not drivable. I have spent countless hours on the phone with them and the shop to try and get my car repaired. I keep asking to talk to management or corporate but am not allowed to or given the numbers to the offices.
