Bezek Durst Seiser, also known as BDS, is an Alaskan-owned company that offers architectural and planning services. It serves the commercial, industrial, educational, research, housing, defense and health care sectors throughout Alaska. Operational since 1981, the company manages a staff of more than 15 full-time employees. Bezek Durst Seiser operates the Roof Technology Group, which specializes in the improvement of commercial roof and exterior thermal envelope design services. It works in collaboration with Research Facility Design and Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Architects. The company has completed projects for the Plant Materials Center, Chugiak High School and Kenai Courthouse. Bezek Durst Seiser ensures compliance with the U.S. Green Building Council.
