Avoid this dealer TOO! Very poor sells and worse service. Install clutches in my bike, blamed the damage on me and tried to get out of the warranty which covered the bike. Would NEVER go back to this business again. So, call manger has bad customer service.and can't be HONEST.
Two weeks ago I had Anchorage Suzuki put new tires on my bike. I rode it for the first time yesterday on a trip to Fairbanks. I got as far as Willow before the rear brake caliper fell off and jammed between the rotor and the swingarm, damaging both the caliper and the rotor. The caliper fell off because the two socket screws that hold it on had not been tightened by the so called mechanics that changed the tires and had fallen out. When people take their motorcycles for service they trust their lives to the technicians that do the work. They trust that the motorcycle will be safe to ride when they pick it up. I was lucky in that I was able to get my bike off the road without dumping it. The next person's bike that these clowns screw up may not be so lucky. Whatever you do, DO NOT use Anchorage Suzuki Arctic Cat for service work if you value your life.
