I rented a motorhome from them,The first one they gave us felt like the shocks were gone and the gauges were going haywire We got a 2nd one,It ran good but the fresh water was rancid and smelled so bad we couldn't even shower On return don't bother to clean since they will charge you anyway,same goes for the exterior,It rained for 2 days prior to return and still got charged for a wash.They overbooked and wanted us to return early,Due to traffic and construction we were unable to get back early but still within the time of our reservation. We were not offered any transportation at the return and rudely gave us the number for a cab and walked away.I dont believe they do any maintenance on their vehicles,There is no manual on the systems and the oral instructions you get are hard to understand and rushed.They were extremely rude and will charge you for everything

Good picks up and drops you to airport/hotel Bad very old RVs rattling sound at every speed, lacks power, dirty bath and floors, non-working / stinking refrigerator, insurance not included (required as most personal car insurance companies dont cover RV/Motorhomes) Note - must clean up interior and exterior before return, many hidden charges - read the agreement before you pay the deposit (otherwise you will pay high prices for car wash cleanup). Hard to understand the persons accent. We rented the RV here due to advertised price, but ended up paying more than other rental places due to insurance, laundry charges, clean up charges. We did not use the bath, rather preferred to use public restrooms. All our food in the refrigerator got spoiled.
