I recently started sending all of our carbide endmill cutters to them for regrind. They do excellent work and maintain tight tolerances. If requested, they will also make modifications to cutters. We do a lot of deep pocket cuts so we have the cutters relieved to avoid rubbing them on the part. Their prices are very reasonable and their customer support is excellent!We were working on a project and I found out on a Tuesday afternoon that we were on our last .750" x 6" ballnose endmill. So, we had one of our guys take all the dull cutters to them right away. My employee asked when we could pick them up and the guy at Worthy said: "Monday". My employee asked him if there was any way we could get them sooner?" and he said: "I'll see what I can do". We got a call the next day (Wednesday) and they said our cutters were ready to pickup. Now that's what I call customer service! They gave us next day service with no expedite fees or upcharges and the same great quality workmanship.
