We called South Coast Beverage Service to fix a leak in our coffee cart. The leak reappeared the first time we used the coffee cart the weekend after the "repair". I was told that since our payment had already cleared we would need to pay for a new service call. I objected and was I was told that my concern would be passed along and that I would get a call back. Two weeks later, no return call. I called back and was told that there is nothing they could do other than charge for a new service call. Sounds to me like they only guarantee their work while they process your payment. I will be looking for a new company for future repairs.
