Poor customer service when you need help after renting skis and they break down. Claim to be on call for any problems, but no one answers, then when you request a refund they refund you for days ski is off property and not by the rental rate they charge you on. Read reviews before doing business with this place at 1300 S. Anaheim Blvd, Anaheim that goes by different names (Rent R Toyz, Sand & Sea Toyz, Get N Wet Family, and I believe another name Recreational something.....)

Would not recommend this place. Changed equipment on me the day before pickup, even with $100 holding deposit 1 month earlier. Did not supply gas cans listed on contract. Employees and manager/owner have 2 different reasons/excuses. Which one is true?
I have been a long time renter and I have never had a problem with the company. They have always treated my family great. The guys always make jokes and its always a great time. We have rented Quads and Jet Skis. This winter is going to be amazing because Thanksgiving was already freakin AWESOME!!!!

We rented a pair of jetskis for the family and friends for the weekend. We towed them to Laughlin, NV. 1 jetski kept on dying while we were driving it; it ran apx 5 minutes for the whole day. After restarting it so many times, the battery died. The other jetski kept on dying at low speed. On the second day, it wouldn't even start. Owner was unwilling to refund our money, saying that we should have taken the skis in to a local shop and that we were responsible for the battery dying out. Doesn't the owner get it? The skis should not be dying or giving us any problems. And why should we spend our weekend vacation taking his skis to the mechanic? Of the two jet skis, we had less than two hours of riding, To make matters worse, those two hours were mostly with the ski limping back home to the launch site. Where's the honor and fairness here?
