Rapid Manufacturing is an ISO certified supplier of cable assemblies. The company provides its customers with products and services available in the electronic cable industry. Rapid Manufacturing has three manufacturing facilities that total more than 50,000 square feet. The company s headquarters are based in Orange County, Calif., with its other facilities located in Tewksbury, Mass., and Ensenada, Mexico. Each assembled unit is 100 percent electronically tested and then visually inspected by employees. Test setups vary in design from simple circuit-completion test lights/buss to the state-of-the-art computer controlled testers and multi-circuit stand alone testers with proof of test printout, also high-pot testing when required. Rapid Manufacturing started operations in 1976.
